Inside EPC

THE COMPANY

Evolution Production Company is more than a rehearsal program. It is a collaborative performance company built for artists who want to expand their experience, connect with other performers, and take part in original productions. Our members come from a variety of studios, skating clubs, teams, and training backgrounds. EPC is intended to complement the work performers are already doing by providing additional opportunities for performance, storytelling, creativity, and community. Whether you are looking to perform more often, challenge yourself artistically, or be part of a fresh and inspiring company environment, EPC offers a place to grow.

One standard. A path for every serious performer.

Our Philosophy

BUILT TO WORK ALONGSIDE YOUR TRAINING

We proudly support the coaches, studios, skating clubs, and programs that help performers develop their craft. EPC is not designed to replace a performer's home program. Instead, we provide an additional outlet for performance, artistry, and collaboration. We believe the strongest artists grow through diverse experiences, strong mentorship, and opportunities to work with others across disciplines.

EPC works around your existing training schedule — not against it. Studio and club commitments come first.

Skaters, dancers, and performers from every background train together. The strongest artists grow through diverse experiences and real stage time beyond competitions and recitals.

OUR COMPANY STRUCTURE

All casting is audition-based. Principal spots and corporate spots are earned on the floor — not by membership tier or age.

11 & Under

Youth Company

The Youth Company is designed for young performers interested in developing performance skills while participating in EPC productions. Members may include skaters, dancers, movement artists, and emerging performers who demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn.

  • Ages 11 and under at time of audition
  • Basic skating or dance experience preferred
  • Solo (60 seconds) required only for those seeking principal consideration
  • Parent/guardian consent required
  • Commitment to the production cycle
Ages 12–15

Junior Company

The Junior Company is designed for developing performers seeking greater artistic responsibility and performance opportunities. Members take part in rehearsals, productions, and company activities while continuing to develop technical and performance skills.

  • Ages 12–15 at time of audition
  • Intermediate skill level preferred
  • Solo (90 seconds) required only for those seeking principal consideration
  • Parent/guardian consent required
  • Full season commitment required
Ages 16+

Company Artists

Company Artists participate fully in EPC productions, rehearsals, and company opportunities — skaters, dancers, movement artists, specialty performers, and multidisciplinary artists. They help shape the culture, artistic direction, and future growth of EPC.

  • Ages 16+ at time of audition
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level preferred
  • Solo (90 seconds) required only for those seeking principal consideration
  • Resume or performance history helpful, not required
  • Parent/guardian consent required for performers under 18
  • Full season commitment required
Flexible Commitment

Flex Track

The Flex Track is for individuals who wish to remain connected to EPC without committing to full production participation. Flex Track participants are not required to perform, and may have different participation requirements depending on the opportunity.

  • Open to all ages and experience levels
  • No production or performance commitment required
  • No solo or audition piece required
  • Parent/guardian consent required for minors
  • Access to training, community, and development opportunities

Membership fees go directly toward development, choreography, production costs, and costumes — so that EPC can compensate its instructors, staff, and performing artists at a professional standard. You're not paying to be in the company. You're investing in the infrastructure that makes professional performance possible.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

All members train on a weekly schedule throughout each production cycle. Skaters and dancers each have their own session structure — with intentional overlap built in for the crossover moments that define every EPC production.

Both skaters and dancers train on-ice and off-ice each week — sessions fall on the same day so the full company trains together. Specific scheduling is shared with members at the start of each production cycle.

Crossover: Skaters and dancers share ice sessions for joint staging and full-company run-throughs — every crossover moment is rehearsed together, not pieced together at showtime.
