COMING TO DMV
Evolution Production Company is actively building its founding roster. Auditions are by invitation after interest registration. This is not a tryout — it's the start of a career.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
Junior Company
Full company membership for younger performers. Juniors train and perform alongside the Senior Company with age-appropriate roles and a dedicated development curriculum.
- ✓Ages 6–11 at time of audition
- ✓Basic skating or dance experience preferred
- ✓Prepare a 60-second solo in your primary discipline
- ✓Parent/guardian consent required
- ✓Commitment to full training cycle
Senior Company
The professional arm of EPC. Senior members commit to the full season, perform in all productions, and earn real compensation. Principal and corporate spots are earned through audition — all members perform.
- ✓Ages 12+ at time of audition
- ✓Intermediate to advanced skill level preferred
- ✓Prepare a 90-second solo in your primary discipline
- ✓Resume or performance history helpful, not required
- ✓Full season commitment required
Flex Track
For performers who are new to skating or dance and building foundational skills. Flex members perform in all three annual productions in ensemble roles. Principal role eligibility is skill-based — as technique and stage readiness develop, so does your casting opportunity.
- ✓Open to all ages and experience levels
- ✓No solo required — bring your current skill level
- ✓Parent/guardian consent required for minors
- ✓Commitment to weekly development sessions
- ✓Performs in ensemble roles across all 3 productions
WHAT TO PREPARE
Solo Performance
Prepare a solo in your primary discipline. Juniors: 60 seconds. Seniors: 90 seconds. Bring your best — not your safest.
Training Attire
Skaters: bring your own skates and appropriate training attire. Dancers: dress for movement. No costumes required.
Music
Bring your music on a phone or device with an audio jack or Bluetooth capability. MP3 preferred.
Mindset
We are looking for coachability, stage presence, and commitment — not perfection. Come ready to take direction.
